ABOUT ME
I began coaching others after training and competing myself for seven years. Initially, I focused on bodybuilding, thinking that would be my future in competition. However, after spending time around several powerlifters during my time in the Air Force, I realized I was much more interested in hitting PRs. This led to a hybrid approach to my own training, combining methods from both powerlifting and hypertrophy training — which eventually became the foundation of the PWRBLD brand. I have now been coaching clients, both online and in person, for 12 years. My mission is to help clients reach new levels in their training while also creating sustainable programs that will enable long-term success. I primarily work with individuals interested in powerlifting or powerbuilding styles of training.
